The Apprentice: we told you it was inevitable

I'm feeling quite pleased with myself after watching this week's episode of The Apprentice. But if you haven't seen it yourself yet, look away now.
I said last week that Natalie and Adam, the two who survived the boardroom, were on borrowed time: and guess what, they were both back in the firing line, along with Lohit (or should that be Lo-profile - has he done anything since the show started?). In the end it was Natalie's scatty project management which prompted her demise. Moaning Adam seemed to bring some much-needed business thinking to his team, but his constant air of negativity means he's a cert to be summoned to the boardroom each time his team loses. And he can't survive again, can he?
I was really impressed by Kristina this week; she seemed to handle the management role exceptionally well. Key to her success was securing the services of the horse photographer - great work for the right audience, and good working relationships between artist and sales force. Suddenly she looks like a serious contender - but I'm standing by Simon, who made the best of a bad week. I'm going to mark Tre down this week, though; although restrained for most of the show, his arrogance exploded back into view as he declared that he had found something else he was brilliant at.
Can Adam possibly survive again? Is Kristina a contender? And what did you make of those lips? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

I quite rated Katie in earlier episodes but she really did not do well last night. Took her eye off the task and got really arty. Also bad tactic by Natalie in not taking Katie into the Board Room. Katie would probably have gone. Finally the Lips photographer needed putting in her place, particularly as she had not handed over her contact list

Interesting again that with little time to spare, each team tends to send multiple people off to do trivial tasks, while the core priority gets little attention. Natalie in particular was guilty of this where the whole team went around mob-handed so didn't get the photographer visit timings right, and then only had one person dedicated to drumming up visitors (more visitors equal more sales opportunities?) while the rest of the team faffed about hanging pictures. This reflects the previous week's fiasco when a a group of two spent half a day fetching lolly sticks! The one that can get their resources best prioritised is going to stand out from the relatively mediocre crowd.

The business acumen and lateral thinking abilities of this bunch of so called entrepreneurs is unbelievably non-existant. The truth of the matter is that any entrepreneur worth his/her salt is already doing it for themselves, and doesn' want to work for Alan Sugar. If you want to work as an 'employee' you're not an entrepreneur are you?
