Sunday night insomnia

It's horrible, you've had a great weekend relaxing and all of a sudden, out of the blue, it's Sunday evening. You want to make the most of the last day before a long week only to find when you turn in for the night you can't get to sleep. Well you're not alone.
Research by hotel chain Travelodge found that nearly 60% of workers have their worst night's sleep on a Sunday, with more than a quarter of those surveyed admitting to calling in sick after a bad night's kip.
So what's the best way of ensuring a peaceful night's sleep? According to Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep expert from the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital believes that work isn't the only reason for poor sleep.
"Sleeping patterns have been messed up by having lie ins and late nights, people don't tend to do much physical or mental activity on a Sunday, and there is likely to be a big meal that will sit heavy on the stomach," he told BBC News.
And an uncomfortable sleeping pattern can mean that you can suffer from lack of concentration, so what's the best cure? Dr Stanley explains that like everything else in life, your body needs a constant procedure.
"What your body really wants is to go to bed and get up at the same time each day."
