For the past 6 months we've been trialling an Automated Service Advisor called 'Ask Amy'. She's designed to take the frustration out of getting simple answers on a huge array of BT's products and services - I'm sure we all know what it's like going round in voice prompted circles trying to get to the right department!
"Ask Amy" has a bulging knowledge base filled with FAQ answers - you can ask questions, in your own words, and receive instant response.
She's proving so successful that some customers think she's a real person and ask her out!
Here are a few amusing questions Amy has been asked :
Where did you get your shirt ?
What colour is your hair?
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
I like your smile Amy!
Where do you live Amy? I'd like to take you out.
Is there a Mr Amy in your life?
Are you married?
Unfortunately Amy isn't real and only has answers to questions about our services, so why not give her a try.
