Now view your BT accounts in one place

It can be confusing sometimes when you have multiple bills and accounts with the same supplier. Here at BT, we are aware of the frustration this causes for our customers and are always working on ways to simplify things.

We have now launched 'View my bill for broadband' which does just what it says on the tin! Basically, it will allow Business broadband customers to view and manage their broadband account from the BT.com 'Your account' area.

This means no more switching between different account pages to manage your services. You can access your broadband, landline accounts in one place.

These are some of the things you can do within the BT.com 'Your account' area:

  • Manage your accounts
  • View and analyse itemised bills
  • Select your billing method and payment options
  • View your billing history

You will also get access to downloadable graphical tools and charts to help you analyse you bills.

Log on to the 'Your account' area on BT.com now and start taking control of your bills.
