If like me you have accounts on numerous websites, each with their own unique password, then it's inevitable that at sometime you'll try to login into one of them and you will have forgotten your password.
If this happens to you on the broadband office site, regardless as to whether you're the primary account holder or not, you can now reset your password online.
You may have noticed that we've added a forgotten password link to all the pages that require you to login. Click on the link and you can reset your password.
However, to take advantage of this, you will need to ensure that you have created a secret question and answer.
To create one simply login to the 'Your account' area and select 'Change secret question' under 'Account settings' and set one up.
Having done so, you'll never have those forgotten password problems again.
Unless of course you can't remember the answer to your secret question!
