What does converged communications mean to you?

Posted 12 February 2008 at 4:26PM by Graham Jarvis in Email and communications

Graham JarvisI'd like to introduce Graham Jarvis who, over the next month or so is going to be discussing issues like flexible working: how you can revolutionise the way you, your colleagues, suppliers and staff work.

Do you, for example, need to encourage more collaborative working - regardless of location? Graham is interested in hearing about the daily challenges that face your business.

The internet, social networking, instant messaging, Voice over Internet Protocol and mobile telephony, are changing the way we do business, so why not join Graham over on the BT Cisco community and be apart of the debate?
