Community spotlight: Vegan food and shopping

Following the launch of BT Tradespace Communities, we thought it would be a good idea to spotlight new communities that we have noticed - just like we do with Tradespacer of the week.
This week the spotlight shines on the Vegan food and shopping community created by our very own Lian. Being a vegan herself, Lian was keen to share ideas on recipes, ingredients and other vegan-related stuff.
For vegans this is a great way to share information about where to buy good vegan produce, restaurants with vegan menus and ideas of what to make at home. Even non-vegans like myself will find some of the discussions interesting with references to 'cheating turkey roast', 'veggie chicken skewers' and even 'veggie ribs'! Who needs meat when you have all these vegan alternatives of classic meat dishes!
