Sweeter dreams without your mobile

After latest research reveals that mobile phones are linked to disturbed sleep, can this be the last straw when it comes to sorting out your work/life balance? Or just another scare tactic to get businesses worried?
It is suggested that radiation from the device can cause insomnia, headaches and confusion and can lead to reduced levels of deep sleep. But can this really make you switch off and ditch the mobile before bed?
A culture of long working hours is on the rise again in the UK, with one in eight members of the workforce working more than 48 hours per week. So it probably isn't a surprise that people are working late into the night just to get things done.
But is a flexible workforce the best way to get things done or does it just mean more sleepless nights?

Eight hours hard manual graft is healthier than 18 hours sat at a computer waiting for something to happen - 5watt through the brain immediately before retiring is just the icing on the cake...

'Latest research' - where? Worrying if it's true, but what is the evidence? And is this from just having a switched-on mobile in the room, or from using it heavily just before bedtime?

And that's just from using it-never mind when the ex gets pissed and starts calling or sending abusive texts! Turn it off - whats voicemail for?
