Tradespacer of the week: North East Fabricators
Posted 1 February 2008 at 11:23AM by Derek Hemphill in Business blogging
James Kerr is a welder by trade and an ex fisherman. His business, North East Fabricators, is a humble four-man operation in Banff, Aberdeenshire. In 2006 he developed the Man Overboard Rescue and Recovery cage which is a revolutionary piece of life saving equipment now being sold all over the world.
Although North East Fabricators have other websites, BT Tradespace has proved to be invaluable for James to keep his prospective customers up to date with latest developments. The recovery cage isn't something which can be sold easily online but James directs enquires form all over the world to his Tradespace site to view the videos and pictures of the cage in action and to read his latest blog posts.
I interviewed James last week to find out what he thought of BT Tradespace...
