So what exactly do you mean by the term Web2.0?

Last Thursday we recorded our social networking web seminar at the BT studio in London. It turned out to be a lively discussion on the benefits of social networking, blogging and web2.0 for businesses and how BT Tradespace can help you take advantage of these new techniques at no cost.
We were delighted to be joined by Mike Butcher of tbites.com who gave us some insight into how online communities are changing the way businesses communicate. And our resident blog coach, Mark White, helped us make sense of all this new terminology and explained why businesses should take it seriously. Ivan Croxford gave us an overview of BT Tradespace and Martin Cherry of Bannerman Technology shared his experience as a business already using these online tools.
If you missed the live webcast fear not! The full half-hour session can now be accessed from the web seminar archive page.
As we realise many of you don't have time to watch the full web seminar, we'll be bringing you the highlights over the next few weeks in the form of bite-sized chunks of video each focussed on a particular aspect of the discussion.
In the first of these clips which you can see below, Mark White, our resident business blog coach, explains what the term 'web 2.0' actually means.
