Blog launches on the broadbandoffice homepage!

We've now swapped out the business news section with our business blog.
For some time now we've been trialling the blog alongside our formal articles. The comments and feedback you've provided have been very positive, so moving the blog to the homepage makes sense.
If you're not sure what a blog is, then it's worth delving into our archives for an explanation.
You may find that some of the terminology used is unfamiliar. Our "hints and tips" section will hopefully answer some of your questions. If this is not the case, please let us know, you're probably not alone and we will be happy to write a post (article), answering your questions.

It is good to see BT giving this kind of forum allowing users of the BT website to comment and have a response - BT is basically a good company, it suffers the same as any large organisation it is too easy to lose touch with the what the customer really wants, it does let itself down in other areas due to the sheer size of the beast - it is a pity the rest of the company can not follow this example.. Keep it simple and straight forward (no nonesense) thats what wins customers and keeps them. I am sure blogging will be a great thing for BT. A step in the right direction.. Keep going!!
