Querying call charges

A new service from BT makes it simpler than ever before to query telephone call charges.

Ever scanned through your telephone bill to notice charges for calls you didn't make - then spent ages going through an automated phone system to query them?

Finally there's an easy solution to disputing call charges - BT's new Query a call service takes away the normal frustration with a simple web form. All you need to do is enter your Account number and details of the number(s) you want to dispute - BT will then review the charges and contact you.

Hopefully wrong call charges don't crop up very often - but when they do, it's certainly good to know there's a simple way to solve them.
