From time to time we have written posts on this website about web seminars and events held by BT Business.

Today we've launched the Business Club web-pages on BT.com that hold all the information about these events, our magazines and other information in one place.

The site includes examples of businesses that have used technology to manage and improve their business, as well as fact sheets to explain the technology and how to use it. Current hot topics on the pages are;

- flexible working
- controlling costs
- internet security
- convergence

The content on the pages will grow over time so have a look and it would be great to hear what you think of it.

What is the point of all these additional forums when we can't even access email without technical hitches
The focus of the company is in the wrong area. Remember customer service is the most important dimension

Thanks for your comment Anne. From the feedback I receive from customers, I am aware that like you they have their “day to day” technical issues, but they also want to know how they can make better use of the products they’ve invested in and want to keep up with technology changes that could help their businesses.

Therefore from a customer service perspective we need to meet both of these requirements.

The purpose of this blog is to keep you up to date with what's going on in the on-line business world together with providing information and tips on the products and services we provide. The business club extends this and offers case studies, web seminars etc on the use of technology in business.

To reply to your email question, I am aware of an intermittent problem that is affecting a small number of our webmail users. Our email team are working to resolve this problem quickly. If your problem persists, please could I ask you to contact our support team.
