BT launches CRM tools for small businesses

With BT Tradespace, our goal is to provide small businesses with a set of easy-to-use and powerful online tools that help market their products and services, with the support of our expanding online community.
To complement BT Tradespace, we've recently launched a set of free, integrated and simple to use small business productivity tools called BT BizBox.
Designed to streamline inefficient and time consuming tasks that can impede productivity and cut profits, BT BizBox is a web-based solution that aims to improve a small business' efficiency. It does this by providing managers and employees with one system to track customer contacts generated by BT Tradespace and other market channels, and performs other essential "back office" business functions needed to run a business.
BT BizBox is a great example of an internet based solution that's being built for small businesses so they can operate with the same level of functionality and business process automation that larger companies have had for years.
Providing a user-friendly dashboard, BT BizBox gives you the ability to manage a customer list and provide fully detailed quotes and invoices for customers. It also supports the management of documents, calendars and employee information, and keeps detailed records of meetings and assigned tasks.
BT BizBox also allows you to "Click to Call" and "Click to SMS" your customers. It includes a full audit of all messages and calls associated with a specific customer. These features are based on BT's Web21C web services.
Small business involvement is critical to BT BizBox's future and we are encouraging it's customers to proactively get involved in its direction and further development of the application through a product blog and discussion board. As a result the service will constantly be evolving to meet the needs of its small business users, when and as they demand it.
So far, feedback from users has lead to the development of a project management module and an improved user interface!
