BT Business support forums launched

Posted 9 October 2007 at 4:11PM by Derek Hemphill in Announcements

Our colleagues over at bt.com have just launched the BT Business support forums. Whether you have problems with your IT kit or just need tips on getting the most out of your BT services, get the answers you need on the forums.

The Business support forums are the ideal platform for discussion, knowledge sharing and peer to peer advice. Registration is a simple two-step process and you don't need to be an existing BT customer to register.

BT Online Support Manager Nick Witte-Vermeulen said:
"By creating an open customer support forum, we're trying to encourage a positive, open community. It's a place where our customers can share tips and techniques with the aim of solving problems by harnessing our collective experience. As a business we'll be able to learn from our customers too, with a view to improving product design and service delivery."

Discussion threads already created by users include; 'Setting up a domain name alias', 'Synchronising email on windows mobile', 'How do I point my domain name to my web site', and 'Questions about broadband speed'.
